We offer mediation services to assist you in resolving your dispute without resorting to costly legal measures.

We can assist with Mediation in all locations within and surrounding Sydney including areas such as Parramatta, Penrith, Blue Mountains, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Inner West, Chatswood and Campbelltown (locations outside Sydney may be attended for an additional travel fee, if requested).

We can assist with disputes in relation to most issues including commercial disputes, personal injury matters, family law property settlements, estate disputes, employment disputes and neighbourhood disputes.

What is mediation?

A mediation process is a process in which the participants, with the support of the mediator, identify issues, develop options, consider alternatives and make decisions about future actions and outcomes. The mediator acts as a third party to support participants to reach their own decision but does not force the parties into accepting a resolution.

Unlike other dispute resolution techniques such as Arbitration, where a binding decision is made for the parties after the submissions of each party have been given, Mediation allows the parties to discover their own options to resolve the dispute between them. As such, one of the major benefits of Mediation is that neither party is forced to agree. This means that when an agreement is reached it is so much stronger and more likely to be adhered to because both parties agreed to it.

*We cannot currently assist in a family law mediation where a section 60I Certificate is required as only Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners can provide such a Certificate.
